What exactly do I get for $49?
One finished book. Your person tells their life story to Jamie across short visits; our editors then handcraft it into a designed book of about 50–60 pages — real chapters, in their own words — delivered as a beautiful PDF you can keep, print, and share.
How does it work?
In short visits, right here — about ten unhurried minutes each, whenever suits them. Jamie remembers everything between visits, never asks twice, and picks up exactly where they left off. Close the page anytime; the book keeps.
How long does it take?
Most books gather over two to four weeks, a few visits a week at their own pace — there is no deadline and no falling behind. When the story feels full, the editors take over, and the finished book arrives by email about a week later.
What if something should stay private?
Say "keep that between us" at any moment and it stays out of the book — no questions asked. Before the writing begins, they are asked once more if anything should be left out. The book contains only what they choose to keep.
Can photographs be part of the book?
Yes — near the end, we invite them to send a few favorite photographs, and the editors place them alongside the moments they belong to.
Is it private?
Private by default. The book goes only to them, nothing is ever shared without their say, and you can ask us to delete everything at any time.
