Collected automatically: device details, IP address, browser type; analytics and marketing data via analytics tools and Meta Pixel to improve the experience. Cookies support site functionality, analytics, and marketing; you can adjust or disable cookies in your browser settings.

To deliver and personalize the Service — including writing your book from what you share; to process payments; to improve the Service; to communicate about your book, visits, and support; and to comply with legal obligations. We never sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Anything you ask to keep “off the record” during a conversation is excluded from your book. Your book is shown only to you unless you choose to share it.

Contractual necessity — to deliver your purchase; legitimate interests — improving the Service and ensuring security; consent — for analytics and marketing cookies.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data — including your conversations and book — at any time.

7Bonds gathers your life story through guided conversations — short visits on our Website, and by email — and shapes what you share into a personal digital book. The free trial produces a short written portrait; the paid Service produces your book. We may update or modify features of the Service from time to time.

You must be 18 years or older to use 7Bonds.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date, and that we may communicate with you by email regarding the Service — visit reminders, your book’s delivery, account and billing notices, and support.

The book is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Payments are processed by third-party processors (such as Stripe) and are subject to their terms. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once your book’s gathering has begun — though if something isn’t right, write to hello@7bonds.com and a person will work it out with you.

The Website and Service — including site content, branding, and underlying software — are owned by Seven Notes Private Limited or its licensors. Your stories are yours: you retain ownership of the material you share and of your finished book, and you grant us the license needed to operate the Service — to store your material, shape it into your book, and deliver it to you. We will not publish or share your stories without your permission.

We use automated systems, including AI-assisted tools, to conduct conversations and to help draft your book, with human editorial review. Automated content may sometimes contain errors or inaccuracies; your review of your book before sharing it is part of the Service, and we correct what you flag.

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Website or servers, reverse-engineer or scrape content or code, upload harmful or illegal material, or infringe intellectual-property rights.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose. Your use of 7Bonds is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 7Bonds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for legal reasons.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
